How Do I know You are Telling me the Truth?
That is an interesting question. Have you heard this from a seller or buyer..?
I am curious what will be your position or answer, so you better and deeper understand their needs and wants.
This is an interesting question.. would you agree? I have heard this once from an out of town buyer who was working with every single agent in town, then when I identified his core issue, I was able to handle his concerns, wants and needs better.
Guess what? we closed on a property and they became my neighbors.. this could happen to you too!
Now, they may be saying that because they might not believe our skills of consulting, negotiating and organizing all of the transactional details which are worth what we would charge them to make their dream or ultimate scenario come true. Right?
Imagine! when we are aligned with the customers we can make their dream come true. And I am not saying that, because sometimes they have not worked or referred to you and me (us), but they should trust our skills as consultants negotiators, and organizer of the transactional details because they should check our references first, then make their choice..
